I have always enjoyed the beauty of flowers and knew from a young age that I wanted to be a floral designer. I began designing in retail florist shops over 35 years ago with the dream of owning my own business. In 1995, I launched Florals by Kim, specializing in designs for weddings and special events. 

 

I am inspired by my surroundings and observations of art and nature, and I enjoy the challenge of turning the ordinary into something extraordinary. My style has always been simple and elegant: designing flowers to showcase their natural beauty.

 

One of the things I enjoy most about having my own business is the time spent working personally with each client to meet their floral needs, whether they be traditional, rustic, exotic, or dare to be different.
